BIO:

Anoosh J. Donahue is designer & fine artist residing on City Island. As a graphic designer, she combines two great loves in the world of e-commerce -- graphic design with interior design world. She worked for many years as a decorator in film/tv production, which evolved into designing interiors projects for homes, businesses and events. She is traditionally trained in fine arts, and has applied those skills through various fields, from painting murals to making props, styling photo shoots and weddings, to making collages and jewelry. She is currently developing a line of textile/surface designs for home furnishings & accessories.

She currently has a show, *Bronx Flowers*, a series of digital/mixed media prints, on view in various locations. Inspired by her garden, the local flora & fauna, seaside living, Pelham Bay Park -- the unique beauty of this corner of her native New York City. Her dream would be one day to illustrate a children's book about a mermaid stranded on a tiny island, who only has one cat, but would like to have more.
